Real estateDexenea ResidenceFive open-market homes in Bidart, between Biarritz and Guéthary. The real-time 3D model shows the Basque architecture, the volumes and the sea view from the upper floors, before completion.

HospitalityMama BogotáMama Bogotá, a festive restaurant in Biarritz, explored click by click. A Latin American world you walk through room by room, with its own image gallery.

Heritage & CultureSainte-Thérèse ChapelThe chapel at Labenne, out in the dunes, captured from several hundred photographs. Gaussian Splatting renders the stone and the light; you explore it freely in the browser, with nothing to install.

Real estateThe SeasonA new development on boulevard du BAB in Anglet, as a real-time 3D model: architecture, grounds and surroundings can be explored freely, while the interface gathers homes, plans, documents and availability. A second reading, axonometric, lifts the floors away to show the volumes and circulation of each home.

ProductULK — Buckets and grapplesA virtual showroom for ULK, in Bordeaux. A hydraulic grapple captured with Gaussian Splatting, turned and inspected right in the browser: the technical catalogue becomes an object you handle.

Real estateVilla MarinLand and residence at Soorts-Hossegor, between the lake and the ocean. The real-time 3D model places the project in its neighbourhood and lets you walk around it before it is built.
