What is Gaussian Splatting?
Gaussian Splatting is a 3D reconstruction technology, born from French research (INRIA), that recreates a real place from photos and videos. The result: striking photorealism, free and fluid real-time navigation, files up to 10× lighter than conventional 3D, and compatibility on every device, with no installation.

What is the delivery time for a virtual tour?
The standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days after the on-site capture. For urgent projects, we offer an express option with delivery within 48-72h (surcharge applies). The complexity of the property and the options chosen may affect this timeframe.

Which floor plan formats do you accept for modeling?
We accept most standard formats: PDF, DWG, DXF, as well as files from software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit. If you don't have digital plans, our team can carry out an on-site survey during the capture.

Which browsers and devices does the virtual tour work on?
Our virtual tours are compatible with all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, tablet and mobile. No app installation is required. The tours are also compatible with VR headsets for an even more immersive experience.

Is hosting of the tour included in the price?
Yes, hosting is included in all our plans. The Essential plan includes 1 year of hosting, Professional 2 years, and Enterprise unlimited hosting. Beyond that, an annual maintenance and hosting subscription is offered.

Can the tour be modified after delivery?
Yes, minor changes (adding points of interest, updating information) are possible and included in the first year. For major changes requiring a new capture (renovations, reconfiguration), a specific quote will be provided.

Do you have the necessary permits for drone footage?
Yes, we are registered with the DGAC (French civil aviation authority) and our pilots are certified. We handle all the necessary flight authorizations (restricted zones, flying over private property). Professional insurance covers all our operations.
